The two most satisfying words in an author's vocabulary

Can you guess what those words are? Two words, six letters and a single space. They are so wonderful I usually bold and center them and increase the font size. If you guessed THE END you are correct. I got to write those two satisfying words this weekend and I've been on cloud nine ever since. Rayne's Thunder, the first romantic serial in the Dating a Werewolf Series has been completed, well the rough draft has been completed and I've started on the final read through so I can get the last two installments into the editor's hands. Six installments and 120,000 words later Rayne has her mate, her wedding date, and her happy ever after.

The road was treacherous and action packed. Full of ups and downs and mind blowing twists so I believe it will be a very satisfying read. But you can see for yourself. The first four installments are already available on Amazon at the links below. Check out the reviews and one click into the world of Rayne Manchester and her siblings.

Rayne's Thunder
Part One: Master Chef
Part Two: The Veterinarian
Part Three: The Politician and the Witches
Part Four: The Mating Games
Part Five: The Battle Begins and the Games Continue
Part Six: The One

Part Five and Six are in the editing process and will be released soon.

Eva, the Game Master, does her best to maintain fairness through the process but Rayne fights her at every turn. Will one of the six men who win dates with Rayne Manchester win her heart or is it already taken? Which of the nine competing for her hand in marriage will be sent home? Check out the fourth installment of the popular, highly rated, romantic serial, Rayne’s Thunder (part of the Dating a Werewolf Series) today.

Meet the men of Rayn'e Game:

River and Rhyme joined me on the steps a moment later. Rhyme looked fabulous and very chic like always in her business dress attire with her black-as-night hair up in a French twist. River carried an air of masculinity in his wranglers and button-down dress shirt. His black hair styled perfectly. My siblings were used to being in the spotlight. I was not. I felt completely overshadowed by them.
Lincoln was the first to arrive. He was stable, sexy, and knew how to command the area. Control was his super power and added to his sex appeal. His tan khakis and dark brown polo were as impeccable as his golden blond curls. Not a single thing on his person was out of place. I bit my lower lip as the memory of how good his kiss was despite the dangerous situation we found themselves in during his last visit to the compound. He hugged me tightly and I breathed in his crisp pine scent mixed with desire. He would’ve been a front runner if he hadn’t run at the first sign of trouble. That and his purist ideas made me wary, but I promised myself I’d give him a second chance, and with his pack aligning with ours in the upcoming battle for the alpha seat against the rogue wolves I needed to be cautious.
“I’m glad you came back,” I told him with a smile.
He treated me to a sly, knowing grin. “And this time, I’m here to fight for the woman in front of me.” He didn’t need to apologize again. He’d already done that when I invited him to come back for the competition.
I felt a blush creep up my cheeks. “We shall see. No more notes.” I was half joking, but totally serious. The last time he came to court me he left with a ‘Dear John’ letter. It was one step up from leaving a break up text message. I was flabbergasted. I’d thought we were getting along well, but he was obviously not interested in the drama which made his attempt at brokering a peace between our two packs questionable.
Brick was the next to arrive on his motorcycle. The image of his highlighted, brown shoulder-length hair flying loosely behind him from the breeze pulled me back to the night we ran away on the bike for a picnic in the park. Before he even dropped the kickstand, I knew he’d smell of delicious cinnamon buns which oddly matched his toasted almond skin tone. The memory of his fingers grazing my lips as he fed me chocolate covered strawberries caused me to lick my lips in anticipation. When his long, thickly muscled legs reached me on the steps he pulled me hard against his solid chest, the smell of leather from his jacket mixed with vanilla and cinnamon, and circled around us weaving its spell. He moved in close, lips inches from mine, his breath hot on my skin. When I closed my eyes to receive the expected kiss he popped a tasty strawberry in my mouth. “A little something to help you remember our awesome night together.” He squeezed me tight and I swallowed the delectable treat. If I picked him, I’d gain fifty pounds before the wedding with the way he used food as a seduction tool.
“God, that was hot.” Chloe fanned herself as she whispered behind me. “I think I need a shower.” She giggled.
“Shush,” I told her, but couldn’t help but chuckle along with her.
The next to arrive was Eric Christianson. His entrance was perhaps one of the most interesting. He trotted up on a beautiful white horse. His eyes were shielded by a straw hat which did little to cover up his black locks. When he dismounted from his horse, his buckle proudly sparkled from around his slender waist which led down to painted-on Wranglers and worn but well-maintained boots. I found my eyes wandering to his chest which was covered by a button-down, blue plaid shirt that I discovered matched his twinkling eyes when he removed his hat and offered his hand to shake.
“I’m very excited to meet you, ma’am.” He seemed polite and shy, but the glint in his eyes told me he was also very capable and not afraid of danger which was a good thing around here. It seemed like we were constantly finding ourselves in treacherous situations. His hand shake reaffirmed my initial impression. It also told me he was strong and not afraid of work if the callouses were any indication. I imagined those hands on my skin would be quite thrilling.
The next arrival took me by Storm. Literally. He was my Storm. His long, dark hair was tied back in a ponytail at the nape of his neck. His familiar scent beckoned me and I found myself lost in the turmoil of emotions that came with the irritatingly observant, hard-headed ass who always managed to keep me on my toes because for some peculiar reason I cared what he thought of me. Dislike tainted with trust and interest was not a healthy concoction, but every time he turned those soul searing green eyes on me I lost all control of my senses. Logic flew out the window, and my body responded to his with a dance of desire that burned me from the core to my skin. They say there is a fine line between love and hate, and I experienced that every time I was around this man. My mind screamed danger and my body yelled, ‘Come closer’. It was the kind of relationship that never lasted, but I couldn’t help but wonder, ‘What if it could?’ and I supposed that was why he was here. He walked up the steps and offered me a cup of coffee, and in that moment I realized he wasn’t here to compete, he was here to take care of me like he did with the rest of the family. Evidence of this was when he handed Chloe, River, and Rhyme their own drinks. The man was infuriating.
I turned toward him. “Does that mean you’re not competing in the games?”
Storm sipped his drink. “I don’t play games.” His green eyes watched me over the brim of the cup. I wanted to scream, ‘No!’, to asked him ‘why?’, but I refused to stoop to his level. Instead, I turned away. I didn’t expect the next chain of events to happen. He whipped me around and pulled me into his strong arms. “I don’t play games, but for you, I’m willing to let that rule slide.”
“Meaning what, exactly?” For some reason, I needed to hear the words. I needed to know he felt an inkling of what I was starting to feel for him. I wasn’t about to put myself out there to get burned if he didn’t feel remotely the same.
“Are you ready for a real relationship with real responsibilities?”
“Are you ready to stop treating me like a child?”
“Perhaps.” He grinned.
“Then perhaps I am. We’ll have to see…if you’re still standing at the end of the Games.”
“I’ll only be standing at the end of the games if you show me you’re a worthy mate.” He caressed my cheek and I felt my legs go weak. How someone could be so strong and yet gentle was beyond me. “For now, I choose to compete.” His words made my heart skip a beat before he released me.
Chloe and Rhyme steadied me, and I breathed deeply as I turned around and awaited the next contestant in the “Marry Me” game. If Storm wasn’t such a pain in my ass the games would be over, but the luggage that came with that man was something I was going to have to work to get over before I could consider him my mate. Sure, we had explosive chemistry, but I’ve also felt sparks with the other men and they didn’t carry with them a painful, shared past.
The next to arrive did so in style, and he wasn’t alone. When the limousine door opened, James Frank and a man who looked almost identical poured out of the vehicle. The second unidentified man was sloppy drunk and James had to hold him up to keep him from falling down. James gave me a sheepish grin when Georgio and Storm pulled the almost incoherent man off James and he was able to approach me. He straightened his tie and suit jacket before offering his hand to shake.
“I apologize, Rayne. My little brother can be a handful.” Just then a little girl in a white frilly dress with red hair like James rushed out of the vehicle and clung to his pant legs. James’ cheeks burned red which enhanced his light sprinkle of freckles on his peachy face. I felt for the guy. “I’m sorry, when I agreed to come I had to bring my siblings because our parents were out of the country and…”
“It’s okay,” I squatted down to eye level with the little girl. “I’m Rayne. What’s your name?”
“Kylie,” she spoke past the thumb in her mouth.
“Welcome to my home, Kylie.” I grinned. There was something innately sexy about a man that put family first and liked kids. The way Kylie was clinging to James in that moment, I had a feeling she adored her brother.
Next to arrive was Grayson Drake. He drove up in a brand new silver BMW convertible. His dark, medium length hair was frizzy from the wind but the twinkle in his crystal blue eyes made up for the slight imperfection of his hair. The rest of him was well kept. Black slacks, cream colored polo that accented his golden-tanned skin all mixed together well to create a good looking man. He walked up to me, and instead of shaking my extended hand, he kissed the inside of my palm. “Hello, Rayne. I’m Grayson Drake, but you can call me Gray.”
“Nice to meet you, Gray.” He still had my hand and was absently caressing my knuckles in a circular motion. I didn’t pull away. It was nice, and his touch held an electrical current that grabbed my attention.
On the outside, he looked picture perfect, even with the mussed hair, but his eyes held an air of danger underneath the surface.
“I look forward to getting to know you much better.” And then came the grin -- the danger gone. Though he didn’t look it, he was definitely a bad boy.
The theme song from the Rocky movies blasted loudly from the green Jeep that pulled up next. The cinnamon skinned man shifted the vehicle into park, and then raised his hands to the bar of the topless SUV and swung himself over the closed door and onto the ground, showing off amazing strength and impressively cut arms. I had no doubt under that form-fitting dark blue t-shirt he had a four pack, if not a six pack of defined abs. The man was hot. He wore his black hair cut close to the scalp. His jeans hung low on V-shaped hips. He made his way toward me and when his brown eyes connected with mine I forgot to breathe. He was intense. I couldn’t help but notice the tattoos on his arms, wrists, and neck, and had to wonder what other tats were hidden under his clothes.
“Hello, Rayne. I am Julius.” He spoke with a strong Spanish accent which made him even hotter.
“Julius, nice to meet you.” I smiled and placed my hand in his, which dwarfed my own. If I didn’t know any better, I’d think the man was a bear shifter, not a wolf. It was easy to see how he was an enforcer and second in command of his pack.
The next guy to arrive was Simon Blake. According to the file I had on him, he owned a company that made computer games and many suspected he was a hacker. That wasn’t confirmed, but he was connected to Wolf Vengeance, a handle to an infamous hacker that had infiltrated many prominent government agencies. I knew I had to ask him about it because my interest was piqued. He arrived in a red, convertible Corvette. The first thing I noticed as he approached me were his sharp hazel eyes. Then his height. He towered over the other wolves, and his thin frame was opposite of them as well. Many shifters wore their hair long but Simon’s was shaved with dark brown growth poking up through his scalp. His hands were tattooed with intricate and colorful designs. “You must be Rayne. I’m Simon.”
“It is a pleasure to meet you Simon.”
He kissed the back of my hand, never taking those astute eyes off of me. “You are far more beautiful in person than your picture boasts.”
“Thank you.” I told him, pink coloring my cheeks.
“I look forward to getting to know you better.” He took his place next to the rest of the contestants that had already arrived.
Finally, the last bachelor arrived. I knew from the files his name was Victor, and he was a singer/songwriter and poet. He was larger than most of the men, which was saying a lot. His light brown hair fell in waves around his shoulders and was kissed by the sun. So was his tan skin. He carried a guitar case when he got out of the van that had “Stealth Wolf Men” painted on the side in a multitude of colors. It was his band’s logo.
He smiled softly, shyness in his demeanor and hazel eyes. “I’m Victor, and I’m guessing you are Rayne Manchester?”
“I am.” I nodded.
“I’m so sorry for your loss. Your father was a very good man.”
“Thank you.” His words choked me up for a moment. I hadn’t expected the condolence. It was actually very thoughtful.
“Very good, everyone! I am Eva, your game master. Please come into the house so we can get you all set up in your rooms, then a little dinner, and our first competition.”

Sneak peek of Cherished Gift book one of Paranormal Hypnotherapy Files

Cherished Gift is a quick read, stand alone introductory novella to the Paranormal Hypnotherapy Files Series. Clara Jameson is a hypnotherapist who has been working on opening her third eye while interning at the local hospital to a mild mannered aging doctor.

In this story Clara starts working with a client, Jenna who overdosed on sleeping pills in an effort to quiet the night terrors she has around the holiday season. Each night, in her dreams, Jenna is visited by her soulmate and murdered by a faceless demon.

Clara introduces different hypnosis techniques to help Jenna manage her dreams and work through the trauma that brings them to the surface. Little does either of them know, the trauma is very real and her lover and killer are both coming to find her.

The books in this series are stand alone romances. Clara is the main constant in the stories as she works with a supernatural authority group called, the Order in different cases.

Here's a taste of Cherished Gift, I hope you enjoy.

Chapter Two

Michael couldn’t remove the grin that spread across his lips as his knuckles made contact with the young pup’s face. That was going to leave a bruise, at least for a few hours, and maybe knock his ego down a peg or two. While Stephen was recovering from the head ringer, Michael maneuvered into position and flipped his trainee over his shoulder and felt immense satisfaction when Stephen’s back hit the mat.  “That is how it is done.” He walked off the mat and nodded toward Isaac who was watching from the sidelines. “Again.”
“Don’t you think he can use a break?” Isaac asked, obviously not enthusiastic about pummeling his partner when he was down.
“Tyler, why do we not give our partners a break?” Michael barked at the redheaded, freckle faced student that was more into magic than his skills as a warrior.
“Because the enemy will never give you a break in battle, sir.”
Willow, the slender, leggy, female wolf cadet with flowing black hair snickered behind her hand, and Michael started wondering, not for the first time today, why he was stuck with the outcasts this go-round of training. “Do you have something to add, Willow?”
“Only that Isaac knows this, he’s just scared to make his partner look bad.”
“Then why don’t you show him how things are done.”
“With pleasure.” An evil glint passed through her grey eyes as she bounded onto the mat with the agility of a jungle cat, bowed to her opponent, and began the sparring routine as instructed. She expertly handled the match with precision, dealing the least amount of damage to her cocky opponent who happened to be at least two times her size.
Eventually, they’ll make a decent team. Then they’ll be released onto the world as protectors of the Order. Protectors of the shifters and the humans. It was a necessary evil. Trained warriors masquerading as monks. The fact that they hid their secrets behind a monastery only made things easier. Trained in multiple religions, negotiation, and handling ethical dilemmas with the ability to battle any supernatural threat that could harm the humans or shifters in their assigned territories. They’ll partner with the local authorities and alphas to keep the peace while maintaining the secrets of their world. It was the only way to allow both races to coexist without turmoil and possible extinction of one or the other.
Working here, developing these whelps, was his self-subscribed penance for surviving and failing to protect his soul mate. When she died, half of his soul went with her. They were forever connected, forever bound, only she was dead, and he survived because of the wolf bite. Why he survived over her, he had no clue. Perhaps it was a cruel game the fates liked to play, but at least he was put to good use in training the new heroes of their world.
“Michael, can you send them to seminary class an hour early. I have something to discuss with you.” Bruce entered the training area in his heavy brown robes with a file in his hand. Seren followed close behind, her long, golden-blonde hair and form fitting clothes were a far cry from Bruce’s dark brown skin and shaved head.
Michael felt his lip involuntarily curl as his maker sauntered toward him. He knew he should be more respectful. She saved his life, tried to save his mate’s life as well, but she failed them both when his love died. Now he was forced to endure centuries on the planet alone, without the other half of his soul there to even him out. Instead of thanking Seren for her gift, a part of him despised her. It was an internal battle that he waged with himself, one he tried desperately not to allow out of his mind, but she knew. She had to know. Their relationship was tense at best and heated at most. “They only have an hour left. I’d prefer to keep them sparring.”
“I found her, Michael, and she isn’t doing very well.” Seren interrupted bluntly.
Michael laughed, “You’ve supposedly found her four other times, too. Every time you were wrong. You’re undoubtedly wrong now.” He focused on his students, “Good, now all four again.” He commanded and they did as they were told. He preferred things here. He was obeyed. It satiated the beast that shared his mind and body. Besides, he was tired of being disappointed. Her soul was lost to him. He faced that bitter truth a long time ago.
“Regardless, I need you to go to Chrystal Falls, New York, and investigate claims of misuse of power made on the wolf alpha.” Bruce handed him the file he was holding.
Michael didn’t uncross his arms or take the file from his mentor. He knew going there was simply a ploy masterminded by Seren. “Send an operative. I left the field years ago. You were the one that benched me.” He looked straight through Bruce.
“I’m sending you, and you’re taking my order unless you choose to challenge my authority.” Bruce’s words kept an easy, casual tone, but the threat was underneath.
Everyone in the room froze. Michael turned his head very slowly toward his boss. He knew he could take him down. He was aged and tired. Just because they were immortal didn’t mean they didn’t weaken as time passed. It was only a matter of time before he was expected to challenge him and take the position, but that time was not now. He had no intention of taking over the monastery until it was necessary. Unfortunately, that meant he’d have to follow orders. The beast and the order expected it. He held out his hand and waited for Bruce to put the file in his open palm.
The tension in the room deflated like a popped balloon as he leafed through the pages of the file. “These all seem fairly straight forward.” He closed his file. “I’d like to take my pupils on a field trip. Some real life experience in what we do may help them understand the importance of who they are to become.”

Bruce nodded. “As long as you can clear it with their professors, I see no issue with that.”

Secrets to finding the perfect paranormal fantasy book

Paranormal fantasy is all about building awesome worlds and amazing characters that are multi-dimensional. I personally enjoy building paranormal fantasy worlds within the world we live in today, commonly referred to as urban fantasy. Other paranormal fantasy worlds are off planet and alternate dimensions. The first tip I'd give you is to decide which you prefer.

That will narrow down the field and help you get closer to your next favorite book or series. Then ask yourself if you like paranormal fantasies written in the past, present or future. All of these areas offer a different flavor and speak to specific tastes.

One of the great things about paranormal is the variety. There are plenty of paranormal or supernatural creatures out there to choose from. Everyone has their favorites. When I do fan events I'm always amazed at how different people are in just their favorite characters. Some like vampires, others like shifters (which opens a whole world of characters), some enjoy witch stories more than others etc. Everyone has their favorites and that makes today's world a wonderful fantasy adventure for readers because authors know this and offer variety... after all, it is the spice of life, right?

Now you've chosen your favorite location, time, and characters. This should greatly reduce the number of books to choose from. Book sellers offer great filters to help you find some awesome gems in the sea of books available. You can also start searching online. Entering these words into your favorite search engine is bound to bring up some of the more popular options out there.

Another great tip to finding the perfect paranormal fantasy book is to join Facebook groups dedicated to your specific tastes, check out and follow/subscribe to book blogs that focus on your favorite types of books, subscribe to internet radio shows that highlight books in your favorite genres. Find your favorite authors and follow them on twitter, facebook and other social media outlets, they may recommend other authors in their genres that are people to check out. Another great place to check out is YouTube.

Once you find a book you'd like to check out, be sure to read any samples that are available, many authors also offer samples of their work on their blogs. Checking out the sample will let you know if you like the author's style and if it grabs your attention.

If you've done all this and are still needing help lighting up your E-Reader or finding a book to run your fingers through, ask your friends and read the reviews. Once you find that awesome author be sure to favorite/like/subscribe to all their social media outlets to be sure you get updates for the new books coming out (many authors like to run giveaways around new releases and cover reveals). Keeping in touch with them in the social media arena will help keep you up to date with what is coming next.

Some of my paranormal fantasies are:

Lone Wolf Rising (paranormal fantasy adventure with romantic suspense) Werewolves among other supernatural creatures. This is book one of the Winters Saga

Book two of the Winters Saga is Vampire Princess Rising (paranormal fantasy adventure with romantic suspense) Vampires and werewolves among other supernatural creatures.

If you like ghost tales and mysteries centered around college life check out the Ghost Connection Series. Book one, Lost

Book two of the Ghost Connection Series is Death Does Not Become Her

If mystery, action, government conspiracy, and romance is your cup of tea you might like the PBI Case Files series. Book one, The Beginning

Outbreak is book two and it has all the elements listed above. In this novella the PBI team discovers the publicized acts of cannibalism in Florida is actually a break out of a mutated strain of Ebola.

In book three of the PBI Case Files series, titled Lost Plane, the team investigates the disappearance of a commercial airliner and it's 200 plus passengers. What they discover are banshees, cyborgs, and time travel...

Justice Driven is book four of this series and two of the team are kidnapped by angry Amazons sanctioned by the Gods for vengeance. The team joins forces with the horsemen of the apocalypse in order to save their friends.

These are just a few of the books I have available. Check out the rest of my books on Amazon. Be sure to favorite my page on Amazon and subscribe to this blog by email.

PBI Case Files spotlight

Part of the success of the PBI Case Files is the danger, intrigue, paranormal mysteries, and twist and turns that you don't see coming and the intense romantic suspense. But the other part comes from the characters and their connections to each other. Their connections to two very human sisters, Frankie and Sarah Hollister. Everything centers around the solidarity in their relationship. The supporting characters: Devon (Sarah's love interest), Fang (Frankie's mate), Karma (demi goddess boss), Jasmine (Frankie's trainer), and Charlie (Sarah's trainer) add amazing dimensions to the story and help it progress in these fast paced, page turners.

Frankie (Francesca) Hollister is the youngest sister, she is a little impetuous and faces down danger like a bulldog. She's outspoken, often times too blunt for her own good, and packs a whallop of a punch, or kick, or head butt if the situation calls for it. She's fiercely loyal and would do anything to protect Sarah, who has taken care of her most of her life.

Sarah Hollister is a little more reserved but when backed into a corner she is quite the momma bear. Where Frankie is the extrovert, Sarah is the introvert; her keen observation skills are highly tuned and her off the chart intelligence (both emotional and intellectual) are why she makes a perfect candidate for the forensic side of the team.

Both sisters were raised with martial arts training, they understand multiple languages, and are masters at deductive reasoning thanks to the life path their parents set them on. One they eagerly followed until their parents were killed when Sarah was 17 and Frankie was 16.

Devon, a dangerous, brooding vampire/agent with a horrific past meets Sarah in his nightclub. He is instantly attracted to her and Sarah reciprocates those feelings of attraction - the alcohol enhanced her desire for him while her intoxication put the brakes on his advances. The missed romantic hook up would fast become the story of their relationship. Star crossed lovers that keep missing each other. Will they ever find their way back to each other's arms or will they continue this dance until there is no way back to the romantic connection they share? It's a love story that is worth sinking your teeth into.

Fang (ie Levi) is a brute of a bear, literally. He's an alpha were-bear who has been Devon's partner for years. They are friends, despite their differences. While Devon is a predator who has had centuries to hone his social graces and create the perfect mask where the beast can hide behind without detection, Fang is a neanderthal man who has very few social skills. Both are alpha males in their own way but because of their differences there is very little competition. Its because of those differences that they've been able to keep each other alive.

While Devon plays a romantic dance with Sarah, biding his time until she relents and becomes his woman, until she realizes what he already knows, that she's his flame - twin flame, Fang discovers Frankie is his mate and pushes himself into her life, openly claiming her as his mate. In Outbreak, he makes a giant sacrifice that pushes Frankie away and may actually keep them from ever discovering the lasting love true mates share.

The romantic games played by these four are stimulating and are slow burns. The agents have a job to do, save humanity from creatures that go bump in the night, which means their love lives take a back seat. It adds for great tension and is weaved into every chapter as they all seem to believe the case comes first.

The first four episodes delve into the past and future of these characters and set the stage for their futures to unravel in multiple directions. Will they choose the right path? Will the right path be the wrong path?

Every great story has a beginning. Find out how Frankie and Sarah became agents for the Paranormal Bureau of Investigation in this episode. Get your first taste of the vengeful Amazons and the shared spark of passion between Devon and Sarah from this episode. The Beginning on Amazon.

Read another excerpt from The Beginning here

In episode two titled Outbreak, Frankie is prematurely put into the field after Devon is injured from an Amazon attack. Sarah fears for both Devon and Frankie in this episode and does her best to support from the sidelines as she is put into her new role as forensic analyst, working for a scientist that makes it clear she doesn't like her.

While Frankie fights to be a valuable member of the team in the field, butting heads with Fang the entire way, Sarah sits at Devon's bedside as he fights to rid his body of the poison coursing through his veins and she fights with her feelings for the vampire.

In the field one of the agents is infected with the deadly virus that turns the human hosts into cannibals, with a need to feed so intense it becomes known as a zombie strain. Karma pleads with the gods for help to save the agent but ultimately it comes down to the sacrifice one man is willing to make for the human he discovers is his mate.

For another excerpt from Outbreak (PBI Case Files Adventure two) click here.

One of the best things about the PBI Case Files is that you can read them out of sequence. The story is far more enhanced reading them in sequence, but just like watching a television series, you can miss an episode and get caught up on what you missed by watching the new ones. And just like a television show, you can always go back and read the previous episodes as well. To get Outbreak click here.

Lost Plane (PBI Case Files Adventure three) catapults you into another century as the PBI and the ABI (Alien Bureau of Investigation) agents work together to discover what happened to Avalon Flight 370 and the 200 plus passengers and crew that disappeared over the Pacific Ocean. Alien abduction was the first assumption but the ABI managed to disprove that hypothesis so the PBI were tasked to prove an unknown paranormal creature wasn't involved. They didn't expect to run into a banshee who discovered there were many other odd disappearances throughout history, similar to this one or a cyborg from the future. What they discover will rock them to the core of their belief systems and force the team to make a difficult decision that could cause a catastrophic ripple in time.

The action and romance in this episode will keep you intently flipping pages and getting further engrossed into the lives of these dynamic characters.

Fang wrestles with the need to tell Frankie what he did to her and Frankie struggles with the need to put as much space between her and him. Devon learns he may have competition for Sarah's heart and Sarah learns that Devon may not be the one she was meant to love.

And yet there is still more happening in this awesome book. Check out this excerpt. And if you want the entire episode you can get it on Amazon here.

Justice Driven is the fourth book in this series and if the twists and turns haven't shocked you up to this point, this episode is sure to turn your world upside down and ask... what the hell just happened?

In this episode, Devon and Sarah finally have that first date and sparks fly. Check out how this episode begins here. As the two are enroute to the next stage of their love affair they are taken hostage by Devon's familiar enemies, the Amazons. Frankie and Fang partner with unlikely allies, the horsemen of apocalypse, to save their partners. Deals are struck, and the group sets up a trade for Sarah and ambush for Devon's rescue.

As one can imagine, nothing goes as planned and while Frankie and Fang are forced to pause the rescue mission passion explodes and tempers flare. Sarah is subjected to horrific torture at the hands of the women warriors who maintain a Stepford-wife-like-persona and cover.

As the battle comes to a head the team learns they have a traitor in their ranks. Frankie is forced to watch as the vampires are injected with a neutering serum and her mate is shot point blank as he attempted to shift to protect his team and her.
